Where will it all end? Luke 21:25-28. Deception is one of the hallmarks of the end times. 2 Timothy 3:1, This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
Things to watch out for: laziness, vain religion, influences, pride. 1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils… Deception can take many forms, including religious garb and dress. Be alert. Matthew 24:11 …many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many… Counterfeits, false doctrines, strong delusion.
Believe not every spirit. Discernment is needed. A call to the sufficiency of scripture. The Scripture Alone is the Standard. For the Glory of God Alone. By Christ’s Work Alone are We Saved. Salvation by Grace Alone. Justification by Faith Alone.

Our Lord warns against times of deception. It is one of the hallmarks of these last days, as we see a shift away from truth to whatever appeals to the masses. A challenging timely word for the church today.
Psalm 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD… The Bible doctrine of separation means being separate from worldliness and error. Separation is also a separation unto the Lord, in our devotion and commitment to Him.
Be ye separate. Separation brings blessing and fruitfulness. The beauty of holiness. Separation from worldliness and from false teaching is needful. Our separation touches every area of our lives, mental, physical, social and spiritual. Separation is twofold – from sin, and unto God and His new way of living.
