Living in the Now. It’s important that we don’t put off what’s important. How do we make the most of this finite resource we all have – called TIME. Someone has truly said, “Unlike other resources, time cannot be bought or sold, borrowed or stolen, stocked up or saved, manufactured, reproduced, or modified. All we can do is make use of it. And whether we use it or not, it nevertheless slips away.” What we do now impacts our future… Don’t delay. Use today.
Don’t wait to serve God at some later time. Do it now. Seek God now. Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Life is uncertain… Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. Stop stalling. Stop putting it off. Ephesians 5:16 tells us to make the most of every opportunity. The time for decision is now. As someone put it, “When you stop to think about it, there is no such thing as a future decision. You face only present decisions that will affect what will happen in the future. Procrastinators wait for just the right moment to decide. If I wait for every objection to be overcome, I will attempt nothing.”
Make the decision now. This day, choose who you’re going to serve. TODAY, if you hear His voice… take action. Joshua 24:15 … choose you this day whom ye will serve… …but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
